Terms and conditions:
Home delivery is available in limited areas served by The Epoch Times delivery service. In areas of the country where our home delivery service is not available, we use the U.S. Postal Service to deliver The Epoch Times. As soon as the number of subscribers in a specific region becomes big enough, home delivery service will be used in that region.
You will automatically be charged in advance for each month, unless you opt to have a half-year, yearly, or other types of promotional subscription plans, in which case payment will be taken in advance of the agreed-upon period. You will be charged the introductory offer rate for the introductory period, which is usually one year. Thereafter, you will be charged our standard rate. All subscriptions renew automatically and your payment method will be charged in advance of each billing period unless canceled.
For payment option with check, check should be received 5 days before the beginning of following billing cycle. 10 days of grace period will be provided. If the check is not received within grace period, your current subscription will be cancelled. You can subscribe to The Epoch Times with current rates.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, The Epoch Times will stop charging your account immediately, before the beginning of your next billing cycle.
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. For non-monthly payment plans such as quarterly, half-yearly or annual plans, the remaining credit may be refunded to you in increments of full months, at the discretion of our agents. For monthly payment plans, including one-month trial subscriptions, or any other offer, remaining credit will not be refunded. We’d be happy to continue providing our independent news and content to you for the remainder of your final term, if you so choose.
